New Website Excitement

I am so excited to finally launch my website. Now I'm tattooing full time I needed to branch out into the world past the safety of my social media and show off my work and life to the world. (incoming imposter syndrome melt-down)
This little blog area is somewhere I hope to remember to update regularly so you can keep up to date with the studio, with me, and get a little look behind the scenes for a fix of your favourite tattooist!
Christmas and new year was epic and yet chilled at the same time. Hubby, doggo and I (and the cat) spent the festive period enjoying food and relaxing. I did have a few of you booked in right up to Christmas, and in-between Christmas and new years. Usually I take two weeks off over Christmas but after last year and seeing fellow artist online talking about ‘quiet season’, I decided to open up bookings, and although as it turned out I ended up SO busy, I am really glad I did it, as I felt as though I got to share the festive joy with more people!
As you may know I LOVE Christmas. Christmas is my favourite time of year and although I'm a little sad this side of the festivities, I have loads of awesome things coming up, like publishing the website!
I am in full swing at home with gym training, many of you who have come in over the last three years will know I LOVE my weight training and powerlifting but I've decided to switch it up a little this year and go down the route of mobility and strength for longevity, especially considering my constant prawn-posture while tattooing, and so far I'm really enjoying challenging myself in different ways. I did suffer a minor slipped disk right before Christmas and it admittedly did make me worry a bit as I was struggling to walk for a couple of days, and now being fully self employed I've got to look after myself!
