Who We Are

Scroll down to see the Arcturus Tattoo resident team and learn more about us

Hi, I’m Kimberley, the person behind Arcturus Tattoos!

I specialise in Blackwork, hand poke, illustrative, nerdy, fine line and witchy designs. I love creating tattoos that feel meaningful, playful and thoughtfully made, whether they’re bold statement pieces, modern, traditional, or unique one-off personal designs.

I work from a chilled and relaxed studio, low pressure, offering one-to-one sessions, evenings, pre-booked and walk-in days that are announced via social media. I also do guest spots occasionally throughout the year and have guest artists in the studio too. Along with my other two resident artist (see their profiles below) we have a wonderful little team here at our second home.

My approach is collaborative, inclusive, honest and unhurried. I aim to make tattooing feel calm, comfortable and reassuring, from start to finish.

I started tattooing around 2009. leaving to go to university to study Computer Game Design. I had been out of the industry just shy of 10 years before I rediscovered my passion, and between re-training, learning new technology and machines, and starting up again, to where I am now with my own studio has been about 5 years!

When you book with me, you’ll receive a detailed FAQ guide covering everything you need to know before your appointment, including skincare leading up to to the booking, what to expect on the day, travel and parking information, booking details, local places to eat and aftercare advice. I want you to feel informed, supported and prepared throughout the process.

If my work and ethos resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch or keep an eye on my socials for walk-in days. I also offer FREE (up to) 30min consultations, just get in touch via the contact form or socials.

I look forward to welcoming you to the space and creating life long art you’ll be proud to have.

Sammy AKA Luna Tattoo

Hi, I’m Sammy!

I’m originally from Cornwall, but now loving life in Somerset.

I’m a mum of 2, powered by iced coffee and chocolate, a beach girl at heart, I love my cat, 90’s Hip Hop and R&B.

I started off designing tattoos for people way back when I was in school. I then dipped my toes in and out of the industry for over 10 years; 5 years ago I decided to fully pursue what I love doing.

My usual go-to styles are Fine line, Delicate and intricate designs, but I do also like to dabble in other styles and I love mixing things up.

I love creating bespoke designs that mean something to you. Even if you can’t quite explain your vision, I can still help bring it to life. Whether it’s your first tattoo or you’re running out of spaces to fill I’ll always make you feel at home and comfortable. I like to keep things relaxed in the studio. So expect random conversations, laughs and probably me suggesting some silly content creating ideas!

Fynn aka Dead Eye Tattoo

Hi! I’m Fynn, the resident apprentice in tattooing - and chaos!

I’ve been tattooing for just under 2 years. I am still figuring out what my style is but I’m having fun exploring and trying different styles as I progress.

My current go-to is pop culture, black and grey work and chunky lines. I am especially obsessed with everything Cult of the Lamb, so a lot of my practice work has revolved around that.

Every now and again I try my hand at some realism to push myself. I love the challenge.
